Paces:  Mid 5's to low 6's ... depending on the amount of sleep the previous night

Favorite Race:  Bolinas Ridge 1/2 Marathon: epic scenery provides inspiration

Best Running Experience:  Running in the morning with my former bro-in-law before class in grade-school. That regimen became my lifestyle.

Worst Running Experience:  I aquired the 7-day delay poison-oak syndrome after a race, earlier this year. I had to take steroids to fall asleep. Ohhh... the humanity.

Diet:  Big breakfast/lunch at 7am (NY hours) - as everyone from work drops their leftovers on my desk. I love America.

Injuries:  occasional flare-ups - nothing major

Non-Running Interests:   whiffle-ball, cross-breeding of random Mesozoic dinosaur DNA samples, gregorian chants
