Running History:  Started running about 10 years ago, have run a couple marathons, a bunch of half marathons, 10K's, 5K's

Paces:  Usually run between 8 or 9 minute miles, but run a bit faster if I'm training for a race.

Favorite Race:  Lake Tahoe Half Marathon

Best Running Experience:

Worst Running Experience:  I was in Tahoe in November and I was marathon training, so needed to get in an 18 mile run, the weather started off chilly (30's), but I was dressed for it, so it wasn't too bad until the turnaround point after 9 miles, it started to rain, quickly turning into sleet. By the time I made it back (taking every shortcut I could find), the ground (and me) was covered in ice.

Diet:  Poor

Injuries:  Runners knee. Sometimes run with a knee brace.

Non-Running Interests:  Hiking, biking, movies, travel...

Who would star as you in the Hollywood story of your life?  I won't be ready for casting until I finish the script.
