Birthdate:  July 23, 1971 

Hometown:   Dallas, Texas (YEE-HAW!! Go Cowboys!)  

Occupation: PR Account Supervisor 

Education: USC journalism and philosophy  (I ask a lot of questions, and then ponder the responses)

Family Life: Two bros and a sis -- and parents in Texas. SF "family" is my cat Ashley 

Running History:  Sporadic, seems to go in spurts.  First "official" race was in Downtown LA, then in Malibu, then Bay to Breakers since moving up here. But never really train for any of them.    

Miles per week:   ?? depends on the week, again the consistency issue 

Paces: Not important to me.  Whatever feels good at the time.

Favorite Race: Currently do not have one, but I would imagine one in Hawaii with ocean views and perfect climate.  

Best Running Experience: Running on a pink sand beach in Bermuda.  Also love running in Central Park in NYC.  

Worst Running Experience:  Soaking wet in the last Bay to Breakers --- but in its own way made it even more memorable -- then losing the people I started with.  Cold, wet. alone. So sad.

Diet:  Trying to improve in this area. More veggies, protein and water; less carbs, sweets and caffeine. But I definitely subscribe to the "Live to Eat" vs. "Eat to Live" philosophy.   After all eating is one of my top favorite activities.

Injuries: Bad knee from a gymnastics accident; at least I don't have to wear a brace any more.  

Non-Running Interests:   Music, surfing, snowboarding, yoga, reading, travel, art, film  

Who would star as you in the Hollywood story of your life?    Hmmm....would need to do an open audition.
