financial side, preparing analyses for expert testimony. Education: BS, Wake
Forest University, North Carolina Family Life: Single, in a great relationship. Want to have a family someday, but Im too busy having fun now. Have an older brother who Im close with (he runs too) and parents that still live in Austin. Running History: I began running when I was in 6th grade when my dad bribed me with running shoes little did he know what he was starting. I did track in high school and ran a lot of 5ks, 10ks, and shorter races. In college, I started running longer distances and started competing in longer races. I also do triathlonsfrom sprint distance to half ironman. Miles per week:
Right now (Im in training), about 30-45 miles per week. Usually, I just run whenever I feel like it
in
between biking, swimming, and weights! Paces: Depends, of course anywhere from 7:15 to 9:00, usually. Favorite Race: Tilden
Tough Ten Miler
in Tilden Park in Berkeley. Its
a tough courseall rolling hills, no flat part, but along beautiful pastures and
fields. Keeps you in check
Best Running Experience: Completing my first half ironman triathlon in Sonoma County. I had a blast throughout the race even when my legs barely wanted to move getting off the bike! Worst Running Experience:
Cal International Marathon last year in Sacramento
it poured rain the entire
time and I wore a trash bag for 20 of the miles. Diet: I guess
Im lucky that I enjoy healthy foods, especially vegetables and fish
although I
have HUGE cravings for all kinds of sweets! Injuries: None
to report
Im keeping my fingers crossed that it doesnt change. Non-Running Interests: Skiing (snow and water), biking, swimming, hiking, traveling, cooking, camping, being outdoors, and just hanging out with friends! Who would star as you in the Hollywood story of your life? Maybe Sandra Bullock a fun, quirky person who seems like shes not afraid to do her own thing.
