Running History:   I started running in college to lose the freshman "30". Ended up loving it! I have finished three marathons (all slow times) but still LOVE running.

Miles per week:  15-25 depends on the week

Paces:   8-10 minute miles depends on the mood

Favorite Race:  Mardi Gras Marathon. The fastest runners didn't take this seriously

Best Running Experience:  The Chicago Marathon. The crowd support was unreal.

Worst Running Experience:   The Denver Marathon. This brought a new meaning to no pain no gain.

Diet:  Pasta and anything I can heat up in the microwave

Injuries: none. Knock on wood

Non-Running Interests: Kickboxing, my dog Cashel, volunteering, skiing, and going out.
