Family Life:  single

Running History:  track in grade school, BB in high school, intermittent in College, injury side lined me through law school and afterwards, tried bicycling for awhile, then went back to running

Miles per week:  25-35

Paces:  average 9- can be close to 8, can be 10

Favorite Race:  I have only raced three times since grade school-two have been this year, the first one in 1988. so I think the favorite is this years Angel Island New Years Day trail run/race-gorgeous sunny morning, the view of the Bay and San Fran sky line from the top of the island was exhilerating-great way to start the new year!!

Best Running Experience:  8th grade, grade school conference championships, won 100 meter hurdles-still have the medal!!

Worst Running Experience:  8th grade, first track meet of the year, was winning the 100 meter hurdles until I tripped over the last hurdle and went crashing on to the track. . still have the scar on the knee from that crash!!

Diet:  Anything in moderation- but I do tend to stay away from fast food. .and both wine and beer are good for the heart!!!

Injuries:  little aches and pains here and there.

Non-Running Interests:  Travel, music, trying new things. . just enjoying life! Oh and since its NCAA BB season, I am cheering for Marquette University- my alma mater!

Who would star as you in the Hollywood story of your life? That's a hard one. . .I am more interested in the men I would have to screen test to play the men in my life past and present!!!
