Running History:  I have been running for about 7-8 years (3x's per week), but since I moved to the city, I have been walking mostly and run 1-2x per month.

Miles per week:  I was running 10-15 miles a week, but have been a slacker for the last 5 months. I do take kick boxing classes 2x per week and walk at least 5 days a week.

Paces:  8-10 mph

Favorite Race:  Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta.

Best Running Experience:  Running with my sister in the Peachtree.

Diet:  I eat pretty healthy, but no strict diet.
