Just a little explanation on the website here.  After 7 years and 14 marathons since the microfracture, I've met alot of gimps along the way asking me about microfracture.  Before I was microfractured myself, I wasnt able to find a whole lot of information on the procedure & results--it's clearly an ACL world out there.   Creating this website turned into a mission to spread my microfracture propaganda electronically, making it available worldwide, 24/7, and at low cost to you--your ISP or employer has already been billed for your visit to this site, depending on which is currently providing your Internet access.  Caveat Emptor, I like to say.  This site started off innocently enough to showcase my microfracture slides and the innards of my knee, with the intent of proving to friends and co-workers that I wasnt faking all of this just to get attention.   It gradually turned into the current monstrosity that it is now--my apologies to my doc and the good people of the orthopedic community who are advancing the technologies for cartilage regeneration that will ultimately render this site obsolete.
